Church Street and Rowan Tree Practices in Weybridge have announced that they will be merging. The new practice will be called Phoenix Family Practice and plans are underway to ensure a smooth transition by April 2024.
The Patient Participation Group (PPG) has been working with staff from both GP practices and as a combined group for several months, and will continue to represent patients' interests in the coming months.
